To request a refund, send an email to refunds@texttoimage.online with your order details and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed, for accounts suspended due to violation of our terms of service, or for one-time credit pack purchases once credits have been used.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
